Liberty Mutual’s affinity program is the industry’s most-sponsored voluntary auto and home insurance benefit. In addition, Liberty Mutual maintains the industry’s most flexible payroll billing application for employer home and auto voluntary benefits. With more than 1,000 unique payroll interfaces, Liberty Mutual has implemented programs on platforms ranging from homegrown systems to geographically distributed PeopleSoft® and SAP® applications.

Each payroll implementation is handled as a unique project, and every aspect is given close analysis to ensure that the delivered solution fully addresses the employer’s needs. A team of resources dedicated to the client is identified and will engage the employer in a series of discussions to define requirements and schedule development. Upon a successful review of the development aspects, the program logic is moved into production and scheduled data exchanges begin.
