Procedure

Through the use of
its flexible payroll application, Liberty Mutual has the ability
to tailor its delivered offering in a way that results in the
least amount of impact on the employer. Clear communication of
the program goal ensures an effective implementation.
Three months before the program launch date, project meetings
begin.
These are the objectives of the initial meeting:
- Identify
contacts
- Provide an
overview of the payroll process
- Determine
client billing needs and transport method
- Define
schedules for file exchanges
- Establish
project schedule
After this initial meeting, the project is put in motion with
both Liberty Mutual and the employer preparing for the exchange
and processing of data. The following is a sequential
representation of the activities occurring:
- Requirements

- File
transport interface established
- Access

able to tailor the solution to accommodate the employer’s system
requirements and minimize the total time investment by the
employer and broker to an average of 15 hours of development
time.
