Employees and members can receive personalized service from trained professionals at one of our 350 local sales offices, access us through the Internet or call our toll-free direct response center. Liberty Mutual’s licensed insurance professionals can review customers’ needs, explain the coverages available, and help them make cost and coverage comparisons. Additionally, those who decide to sign up for the program can enroll right over the telephone. Most important, employees and members choose which enrollment method is right for them.
