This program provides auto customers with peace of mind when
they are out on the road.*

Homeowner Emergency Repair Service |
If a customer has a covered loss and the property needs to be
protected from further damage, we’ll send someone to the home to
take care of the situation. This service is available 24 hours a
day, 365 days a year.
Most often, we appraise our customers’ cars within 24 hours.
Customers can have their cars appraised and repaired at one of
more than 1,200 Total Liberty Care facilities.

Liberty Care Network |
Customers can have their cars repaired at any one of more than
1,200 facilities nationwide. Liberty Mutual pays the repair
facility directly, and all repairs are guaranteed for as long as
a customer owns the vehicle.
We will make payment to our customer or directly to the repair
facility.

Contractor
Network Referral Program |
We provide our homeowners customers with the names of
contractors who go to damaged homes and quickly provide
restoration services. Even better, Liberty Mutual guarantees the
contractors’ work for one year.

Personal
Property Replacement Service |
With this service, customers can replace lost or stolen
possessions easily. Drawing from a database of more than 80,000
items, we can locate the exact items our customer lost – or the
closest match – and ship them to the customer within 48 hours.**
During large catastrophic events like hurricanes, few insurers
have Liberty Mutual’s extensive network of resources to help
customers get back on their feet quickly.
Our Special Investigative Unit (S.I.U.) is solely dedicated to
investigating fraudulent claims, helping to keep customers’
insurance costs down.
Liberty Mutual’s Subrogation Unit is trained to investigate
accidents and recover claims against responsible parties,
helping to keep customers’ premiums down.
Available for customers who prefer to purchase policies over the
phone, have after-hours billing/policy questions or need 24-hour
claims reporting.
Liberty Mutual sales and service representatives are available
for customers after traditional business hours, Monday through
Friday, 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.; Saturday, 7a.m. to 9:30 p.m. EST.
