Total Liberty Care (TLC)

  • A network of 1,200 automobile repair facilities

  • Guaranteed repairs

  • Priority repairs for Liberty Mutual customers

  • Coordination of rental car services through Enterprise Rent-A-Car

  • Nondrivable vehicle pick up

  • Liberty Mutual TLC Specialists select and monitor the quality of TLC facilities

Claims Service Standards - Automobile

  • Complete Auto Appraisal available within 24 hours from date of report at a Liberty Mutual Drive-In or Repair Facility on 90% of all claims

  • Immediate payment on 90% of insured vehicle appraisals by Staff Appraisers

  • Referral to Repair Facility where services are provided on 95% of all appraisals

  • Auto Glass Repair within 24 hours, excluding Sunday, on 95% of all claims

  • Vehicle Evaluation within 24 hours on 90% of all total loss and theft claims

  • Vehicle Purchasing Service with price discounts on 100% of all total loss and theft claims (financing arrangements available)

  • Immediate assignment for personal contact within 24 hours on all potential liability injury claims

  • Rental car reimbursement of up to $15 a day for 30 days is included with your standard policy. This coverage is available in most states

  • New Car Replacement for cars totaled in their first year of ownership and with less than 15,000 miles. This coverage does not apply to leased vehicles.

Claims Service Standards - Homeowners

  • Contractor Referral Service available on all homeowner claims

  • Optional Contents Replacement Services offered on all home claims

Policyholder Services

Liberty Mutual’s local sales force, state-of-the-art call centers and Internet options allow you to choose the way you want to do business. In addition to 350 sales and service offices, Liberty Mutual offers your employees a toll-free service number that is available Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Saturday from 7 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. ET.

*Service applies to auto policyholders and is provided by Cross Country Motor Club of Boston, Inc., Boston, Mass., or through Cross Country Motor Club of California, Inc., Boston, Mass.
